Parmesan Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place muffin pan in oven to heat.
  3. Meanwhile, combine flour, cheese and salt in medium bowl.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk and butter in separate bowl until blended.
  5. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended.
  6. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.)
  7. Spray 8 hot muffin pan cups with cooking spray.
  8. Spoon batter into prepared cups, adding about 1/4 cup to each.
  9. Bake 15 min.
  10. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Continue baking puddings 20 to 25 min.
  11. or until tops are puffed and golden brown.
  12. Transfer puddings from cups to wire rack.
  13. Use sharp knife to cut slits in top of each pudding to vent steam.
  14. Serve warm.
