Crispy Tender Chicken Breasts

  1. No need to thaw chicken breasts.
  2. Place chicken breasts in appropriately sized container.
  3. Pour dressing or marinade over, cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 425.
  5. Preheating for at least 10 minutes is essential.
  6. Remove chicken breasts from marinade.
  7. Combine cheese and bread crumbs.
  8. Roll breasts in crumbs.
  9. Place breast in lightly greased pan, turning thin edges under to make a tidy package.
  10. Place any leftover crumbs on top.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes, not longer or they will be dry and tough.
  12. Let rest for a few minutes and then slice diagonally and serve over rice or potatoes.
