Pumpkin Pecan Pie
- 1/4 cup caramel
- 1 ghram pie crust
- 1/2 cup glazed or candied pecans
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 box instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz coolwhip
- pour 1/4 cup caramel onto crust and spread evenly.
- sprinkle 1/2 cup (or more all depending on taste) pecans over caramel
- in bowl beat milk, pudding mixes, pumpkin, and spices.
- stir in 1 and a half cup of cool whip.
- spread onto crust and refridgerate for at least an hour
- top with coolwhip and pecans to taste and enjoy
