Vegetarian Baked Beans

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In an oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, combine all of the ingredients except the beans.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Drain and rinse the cans of beans.
  5. Add the beans into the Dutch oven, stirring to combine.
  6. Then place the Dutch oven into the preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, until the beans are tender.
  7. Enjoy!
  8. Makes 4-6 main servings.
