Vegetarian Baked Beans
- 3/4 cups Barbeque Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Can Of Kidney Beans
- 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Can Of Red Beans
- 15- 1/2 ounces, weight Can Of Pinto Beans
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In an oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, combine all of the ingredients except the beans.
- Mix well.
- Drain and rinse the cans of beans.
- Add the beans into the Dutch oven, stirring to combine.
- Then place the Dutch oven into the preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, until the beans are tender.
- Enjoy!
- Makes 4-6 main servings.
