Predator Burger Recipe
- 5 pounds grnd sirloin, coarsely grnd
- 1 large white onion, finely minced
- 5 habenero peppers, deseeded and finely minced
- 10 jalapeno peppers, deseeded and finely minced
- 2 tbsp. oregano
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 4 tbsp. tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 bell peppers, sliced 1/4 inch thick and deseeded
- Mix extra virgin olive oil into sirloin very well.
- Add in all ingredients except bell pepper rings.
- Allow sirloin to set overnight in refrigerator.
- Make sirloin into 1/2 lb.
- patties, press patties between saran wrap to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cook patties on charcoal grill (not a gas grill) till well done.
- Grill bell pepper rings till they brown, or possibly blacken some.
- Serve on toasted kaiser rolls, with bell pepper rings, lettuce, and tomato.
- You can garnish with salsa if desired.
