Espresso Hot Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup brewed espresso
- 18 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt.
- Heat milk on high (in microwave) for 45 seconds.
- Add dry ingredients; stirring until fully incorporated.
- Add espresso and stir.
- Add vanilla and more sugar/cocoa to taste.
- Enjoy!
