Cheeseball
- 24 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Dried Beef (can Use Budding Beef As Well)
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Mix all ingredients together by hand, shape into ball.
- Leave some of the beef out and roll the shaped ball into the beef to cover and for presentation!
- Let chill in the refrigerator.
- (I usually make this the day before and let it sit overnight).
- Serve with crackers!
