Crab Dip
- 1 pound Sour Cream
- 2 packages Cream Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Tabasco To Taste
- 1 pound Crab, Lump Meat
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Mix together with mixer all ingredients but the cheddar cheese and crab.
- With spoon, fold in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and crab.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 40 45 minutes @ 350 degrees.
- Serve with crackers/crudites for dipping!
