Chicago Chicken

  1. Combine jalapeno, lemon, garlic, olive oil, and oregano in the food processor.
  2. Pulse until combined and jalapeno is finely diced.
  3. Pour into a ziplock bag, add chicken.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight and then grill.
