Tombstone Squares

  1. MIX 2 cups (500 mL) of the wafer crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into bottom of a 13 X 9 inch (33 X 23 cm) pan.
  2. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
  3. Combine orange juice and ice cubes to make 1 3/4 cups (425 mL).
  4. Add to jelly, stirring until ice is almost melted.
  5. Remove unmelted ice.
  6. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/4 hours.
  7. TOP with whipped topping.
  8. SPRINKLE remaining 1/2 cup (125 mL) wafer crumbs over whipped topping.
  9. Decorate cookes with icings to make 'tombstones' and stand on top of dessert with coconut and candies to resemble a 'graveyard'.
  10. Cut into squares.
