Marinated Beef Short Ribs Recipe

  1. Trim fat from meat, cut into serving size pcs.
  2. Place in bowl.
  3. Combine mustard and water.
  4. Let stand 10 min.
  5. Add in vinegar, oil, onion, salt, pepper, chili pwdr, garlic and cayenne pepper.
  6. Pour over ribs.
  7. Chill 12 hrs.
  8. Turn once.
  9. Remove from marinade and place in roasting pan.
  10. Roast 450 degrees for 20 min.
  11. Remove from oven and pour marinade over ribs.
  12. Cover pan and roast 325 degrees 1 hour, baste occasionally.
