Refreshing Yogurt Whey and Soy Milk Ice Cream

  1. In a measuring cup, add whey (about the amount you'd get in a 500 ml cup of yogurt) and all the other ingredients.
  2. Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  3. (After 2 hours, remove and mush a little.)
  4. Serve in a dish and you're done (Top with fruit if you available).
  5. You can alternatively make them bite-sized using an ice cube tray.
