Madras Grilled Chicken Pizzas

  1. Madras BBQ Sauce: Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Creamy Madras Sauce: Combine ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. For each Pizza: Roll out 13 oz.
  6. (380 g) pizza dough on lightly floured surface to an 8x16-inch rectangle.
  7. Place on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  8. Spread with 1/3 cup (75 mL) Madras BBQ Sauce.
  9. Top with 1 cup (250 mL) cheese, 1/3 cup (75 mL) peppers, 1/4 cup (50 mL) onions and 1/2 cup (125 mL) chicken.
  10. Bake on lower rack of 450F (230C) standard oven 12 to 15 min.
  11. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  12. Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) each cucumbers and apples.
  13. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  14. (45 mL) Creamy Madras Sauce.
  15. Garnish with 2 Tbsp.
  16. (30 mL) cilantro.
  17. Cut into 4 slices.
