Madras Grilled Chicken Pizzas
- Madras BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot red curry paste, Indian style
- 1-1/2 tsp. Grated gingerroot
- 1-1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp. lime zest
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- Creamy Madras Sauce
- 3/4 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. hot red curry paste, Indian style
- 1-1/2 tsp. Grated gingerroot
- 1-1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp. lime zest
- 1-1/2 tsp. lime juice
- Pizza Assembly
- 6 each prepared pizza dough
- 1-1/2 qt. Kraft Shredded American Mozzarella and Cheddar Blend
- 2 cups Diced green peppers
- 1-1/2 cups Thinly sliced red onions
- 3 cups grilled chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 cups English cucumbers, seeded, cut into matchsticks
- 3 cups Red apples, cored, cut into matchsticks
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- Madras BBQ Sauce: Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Creamy Madras Sauce: Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each Pizza: Roll out 13 oz.
- (380 g) pizza dough on lightly floured surface to an 8x16-inch rectangle.
- Place on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Spread with 1/3 cup (75 mL) Madras BBQ Sauce.
- Top with 1 cup (250 mL) cheese, 1/3 cup (75 mL) peppers, 1/4 cup (50 mL) onions and 1/2 cup (125 mL) chicken.
- Bake on lower rack of 450F (230C) standard oven 12 to 15 min.
- or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) each cucumbers and apples.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) Creamy Madras Sauce.
- Garnish with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cilantro.
- Cut into 4 slices.
