taco dip
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 large tomatoes diced and drained of liquid
- 1 packages cream cheese softened
- 16 oz chunky salsa
- 1 packages taco seasoning
- 16 oz sour cream
- 4 oz sliced black olives
- 1 packages shredded mexican cheese
- brown ground beef with half the package of taco season
- drain ground beef and cool
- beat cream cheese, sour cream and rest of taco seasoning until smooth and completely blended
- spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of 9x13 glass dish
- place ground beef on top of cream cheese mixture
- spread 1 cup of shredded cheese over ground beef
- pour jar of salsa on next
- top with lettuce, tomatoes and black olives
- top with more shredded cheese
- serve with nacho chips
- refridgerate for at least one hour
- do not make a day ahead it tends to get watery
