Lemon/Almond Cookies

  1. Blend all ingredients together well,.
  2. Divide into two parts.
  3. Make a square shape and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness, and cut rectangular shapes and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
