Peanut Prawn Curry - Gluten Free

  1. Stir-fry onion until tender in a little oil.
  2. Add curry paste, cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add peanut butter and stock, stir until smooth.
  4. Add choy sum, mushrooms, prawns, tofu and coconut cream, cook 2 minutes.
