Acorn Squash 'n Citrus
- 3 small acorn squash, cut in half &,seeded
- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon candied ginger, cut in small pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- Brush the cleaned squash with the butter.
- Place squash cut side down on a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350F Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into the baked squash cavities.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve piping hot.
