Cajun Pound Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt Devils food cake mix
- 1 pkt Instant chocolate pudding
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. Rum -=Or possibly=- brandy extract
- 1 c. Water
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 5 tsp Water
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Corn syrup
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 .
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into greased, floured 10" tube pan.
- Bake 45-50 min.
- Don't remove from pan till ready to glaze.
- Cajun Lb.
- Cake Glaze: Cook all ingredients except the sugar till the margarine is melted.
- Add in the sugar and glaze the cake.
