Herbed Lamb Skewers

  1. For sauce combine all ingredients.
  2. Soak skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to they dont burn on the barbeque.
  3. Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate lamb for at least 4 hours (more preferably).
  4. Thread lamb on skewers (you can alternate with onion halves and mushrooms).
  5. Barbeque until cooked to your liking.
  6. Serve with sauce.

white wine, lemon juice, olive oil, ground pepper, sugar, garlic, onion, bay leaf, fresh herbs, backstrap, yogurt, mint, ground cumin
