Pecan Breaded Lamb Chops Recipe

  1. Beat egg white slightly in small bowl; stir in mustard.
  2. Mix pecans, bread crumbs and garlic.
  3. Dip lamb chops into mustard mix, coat with pecan mix.
  4. Heat oil in skillet.
  5. Cook lamb in oil over low heat till deep golden 15- 20 min on each side.
  6. Remove from heat; immediately sprinkle brandy around lamb in skillet.
  7. Serves 6.
