Whole Wheat Pizza Dough Recipe

  1. Sift together the two flours.
  2. Mix dry yeast, distilled water and honey.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Add in salt and 1 c. flour.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add in safflower oil.
  7. Knead in remaining flour for about 5 min till smooth and elastic.
  8. Cover, let rest 15 min.
  9. Place on well-greased glass Pyrex pizza baking dish.
  10. Add in sauce and cheese.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min.
