Baked Brown Rice Recipe

  1. Brown the rice in a nonstick skillet.
  2. When golden, place in tightly covered casserole.
  3. Pour over rice, warm defatted beef broth (mix as per directions on can).
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated parsley.
  6. Add in more water if needed during cooking.
  7. NOTES :*To remove fat, refrigeratecan of beef froth in refrigerator; lift off congealed fat with spoon.
