White Chocolate Peanut Butter Crackers
- 4 cubes White Almond Bark
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 24 whole Ritz Crackers
- Melt the almond bark in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds and continuing for 30 second intervals until melted.
- (You may need more than 4 cubes.
- I dont know why it varies sometimes).
- Spread peanut butter over Ritz crackers and top with another cracker.
- Drop the sandwich into the melted almond bark and flip over to coat the other side.
- Use a fork to carefully lift out the cracker and tap the fork on the side of the dish a few times.
- This helps to drain off a little more of the almond bark.
- Place on wax paper and let set!
