Three Cheese Veggie Pizza
- 12 ounces, weight Prepared Pizza Dough
- 8 whole Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Broccoli
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoons Basil (dried Flakes)
- 1/2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 pound Brick Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 12 whole Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Sliced Black Olives
- 1/4 cups Pepperoncini Rings
- Roll pizza dough out to fit your pan.
- We use a round pizza stone thats been slightly preheated.
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place garlic cloves in a hot pan with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
- Once they are almost done, add the broccoli and onion.
- To the vegetables, add the concentrated tomato paste (the kind in the tube), seasonings, sugar, and the 1/3-1/2 cup water.
- Cook down until it has the desired consistency.
- Spread the vegetable and tomato sauce mix on the dough.
- Add thin slices of the mozzarella to lightly cover the pizza.
- Sprinkle on the remaining cheeses.
- Place cherry tomatoes, olives, and pepperoncini on the top.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
- Remove when the crust is slightly browned and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
