Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pack firmly into a 9 x 4 inch loaf.
- In preheated skillet at 225 degrees.
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Remove meatloaf from pan, place in skillet and bake, covered for 30 min.
- Carefully turn meatloaf to second side.
- Continue to bake for an additional 15-20 min.
- Let stand 5 min before slicing.
- Makes 8 servings.
