Scalloped Hashbrown Potatoes Recipe
- 32 ounce. pkg. frzn hashbrowns, thawed & shredded
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce. pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt & pepper
- Mix first 3 ingredients together lightly.
- Add in rest of ingredients, put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Cover with 2 c. crushed corn flakes and heat 1/4 stick butter.
- Add in 2 c. corn flake crumbs.
- Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
