Bbq Chicken Burger

  1. Mix all of the ingredients for the bbq dry rub together
  2. Rub them onto the chicken breast so that it is evenly covered
  3. Place onions, bacon and chicken breast into a griddle pan on medium-high heat.
  4. Keep turning everything over regurly to make sure an even cooking
  5. After about 6 minutes toast your bun and apply condiments.
  6. Make a small cut in the centre of the chicken to check that it is cooked all the way through.
  7. There should be no pinkness at all.
  8. Tower up the Chicken, Bacon and Onions then place cheese on top.
  9. When the cheese is nice and melted simply scoop the burger off the griddle pan and place on the bun.
  10. Enjoy!
