Bbq Chicken Burger
- 1 tsp Mild Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Chicken Breast Fillet
- 1 Cheese (Of your choice)
- 1 Tomato Ketchup
- 2 medium rashers of Bacon
- 1 Bun
- 1 Chopped Brown Onion
- 1 Mayonaise
- Mix all of the ingredients for the bbq dry rub together
- Rub them onto the chicken breast so that it is evenly covered
- Place onions, bacon and chicken breast into a griddle pan on medium-high heat.
- Keep turning everything over regurly to make sure an even cooking
- After about 6 minutes toast your bun and apply condiments.
- Make a small cut in the centre of the chicken to check that it is cooked all the way through.
- There should be no pinkness at all.
- Tower up the Chicken, Bacon and Onions then place cheese on top.
- When the cheese is nice and melted simply scoop the burger off the griddle pan and place on the bun.
