Balti Scallops Recipe

  1. To make the marinade, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Put the scallops into a bowl.
  3. Add in the marinade and turn the scallops till they are well coated.
  4. Then cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour or possibly overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Heat the oil in a Balti pan or possibly Wok, add in the onions and stir-fry till softened.
  6. Add in the tomatoes and chilies and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  7. Add in the scallops and Stir-fry for 6-8 min till the scallops are cooked through, but still succulent inside.
  8. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
