Easy Banana Cream Pie
- 8 each bananas, sliced, divided
- 4 each graham cracker crusts
- 2-1/2 qt. cold fat-free milk
- 4 pouches JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding
- 2 qt. sugar-free whipped topping, divided
- Arrange half of the banana slices in single layer on bottoms of crusts.
- Pour milk into large bowl.
- Add dry pudding mixes.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1 qt.
- of the whipped topping (or 1 cup of the whipped topping for trial recipe).
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture into crusts.
- Top evenly with the remaining banana slices; cover with remaining pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
- Cut each pie into eight slices to serve.
- Top each slice with 2 Tbsp.
- of the whipped topping just before serving.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
