Easy Braised Pork Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Saute sausages in large frying pan on medium-high heat for 10 min., pricking to release fat; drain.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Add pork chops; saute for 5 min.
  5. or until browned.
  6. Stir in onion; cook until tender.
  7. Cut sausages in half.
  8. Mix apples and vegetables with dressing.
  9. Layer on bottom of large casserole dish.
  10. Top with meat pieces and cover with apple juice.
  11. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
