Creamy Shrimp over Pasta

  1. In the tablespoon on oil saute the shrimp until done for about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove to a platter and add the tomatoes, heavy cream,salt and pepper to the skillet.
  3. Boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Sprilnkle on the Wondra flour and stir till slightly thickened.
  5. Add the shrimp, peas and butter and simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
  6. Serve over your favorite pasta.
  7. Bon Appetit!
