Potato And Kale Soup (Caldo Verde) Recipe
- 4 c. dark green kale
- 12 ounce. chicken bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wash the greens thoroughly, throw away tough stems and discolored leaves.
- Pile greens (or possibly roll cabbage leaves); this can be done in food processor.
- Add in to potatoes with bouillon.
- Bring to a boil and fast simmer for about 10 min.
- Don't over cook greens.
- Stir in pepper and serve at once.
- Makes 4 servings.
