Spicy Steak Rub

• 2 tablespoons ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 tablespoons ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt
• 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
• 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
2. To use: rub mixture on your choice of meat--this is really most excellent on steak.
3. Use more for more flavor, less if you don't want it as spicy.
4. Store in a small container with a tight fitting lid.
