Mastering the Meatball
- 2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup Kraft Garlic BarBQ Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix ingredients just until blended.
- Roll into 48 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F).
