Geralds Pepper Steak
- 1 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 large red onion rough chopped
- 3 bell peppers rough chopped
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 lb white mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper powder
- 4 cup water
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pan on your stove top On medium heat melt butter Add beef onions garlic soy sauce Worcestershire sauce cayenne powder salt and pepper
- cook meat and onions until tender add bell peppers and mushrooms
- when peppers and mushrooms are soft add water and cook until boiling
- thicken with cornstarch and water until its the desired consistency
- taste and re season as desired
- serve over prepared rice
