Apple Butter 5 Recipe
- 18 c. Apple pulp
- 1 c. Apple cider vinegar
- 8 c. Sugar, if apples are tart Less if apples are sweet
- 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon, or possibly more if needed
- Quarter apples and cook till mushy.
- Put through colander or possibly food mill till you get 18 c. of pulp.
- Put all ingredients in saucepot and cook on medium for 3-4 hrs, or possibly til thickened, stirring frequently.
- Put in jars and seal immediately.
