Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
- 1 lb deli roast beef, shaved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 onion, diced
- 1 cup mushroom, diced
- 12 cup alfredo sauce
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 sandwich buns
- Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add roast beef and stir till combined.
- Add alfredo sauce and mix.
- Spoon mixture on rolls, top with provolone and broil in oven till cheese melts.
