Pecan Glazed Clubs

  1. Melt butter, margarine and sugar on top of the stove.
  2. Stir around and let it cook for about 3 minutes but DO NOT let it boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring and pecans; stir well.
  4. Line cookie sheets with Club Crackers and spoon mixture on top.
  5. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 8 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, you can store these in airtight containers.
