Pecan Glazed Clubs
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 1 stick Margarine
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 packages Or 2 Sleeves (1/3 Lb. Each) Club Crackers
- Melt butter, margarine and sugar on top of the stove.
- Stir around and let it cook for about 3 minutes but DO NOT let it boil.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring and pecans; stir well.
- Line cookie sheets with Club Crackers and spoon mixture on top.
- Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Once cooled, you can store these in airtight containers.
