Chocolate Oatmeal Biscuits
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
- 1 12 cups chocolate yogurt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Melt margarine and pour into a bowl with yogurt.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix quickly.
- Pour out onto a floured surface and knead 6-8 times.
- Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut into biscuits, place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 F for 12-15 minutes.
