Beef Stew
- 2 lb beef chuck stew beef
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp worstershire sauce
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 can water
- 3 yukon potatoes
- 3 celery sticks
- 5 carrots
- 1 big onion
- 1/2 packages frozen mixed veggies if desired
- Brown stew beef slightly.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except potatoes and frozen veggies for 4 hours.
- 2 hours before done, add potatoes and frozen veggies
