Crock Pot Down South Barbecue Recipe
- 4 to 5 lbs. pork roast, or possibly fresh picnic ham
- 2 c. water
- 1 (16 ounce.) bottle barbecue sauce
- Place meat and water in crockpot.
- Cover and cook overnight or possibly 8 to 12 hrs on low.
- Remove bone and fat from met.
- Throw away liquid in crockpot.
- Put meat back in crockpot.
- Add in barbecue sauce.
- Cover and cook an additional 1 to 2 hrs on High or possibly 4 to 5 hrs on low, stirring two or possibly three times.
- Serve from crockpot on buns.
