Artichoke Seafood Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 (4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- 12 cup flaked crabmeat
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- combine first 4 ingredients.
- microwave on high until mixture bubbles.
- hollow out round loaf of bread, cubing and reserving removed bread for dipping.
- pour dip into hollowed out loaf and serve.
