Seafood Fritters Recipe

  1. Crab meat, lobster, or possibly 2 cans clams (chopped), shrimp.
  2. Beat egg with beer or possibly water; stir in biscuit mix.
  3. Add in seasonings and seafood (remove cartilage from crabmeat or possibly lobster); mix gently.
  4. In heavy skillet or possibly fryalator heat several inches of oil to 375 degrees.
  5. Drop batter into warm oil, approximately 2 Tbsp.
  6. per fritter.
  7. Fry till golden.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper.
  9. Makes 12 fritters.
  10. Can be reheated in 375 degree oven 5-8 min.
