Seafood Fritters Recipe
- 8 ounce. seafood
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. beer or possibly water
- 1 c. biscuit mix (all-purpose)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
- Oil for frying
- Crab meat, lobster, or possibly 2 cans clams (chopped), shrimp.
- Beat egg with beer or possibly water; stir in biscuit mix.
- Add in seasonings and seafood (remove cartilage from crabmeat or possibly lobster); mix gently.
- In heavy skillet or possibly fryalator heat several inches of oil to 375 degrees.
- Drop batter into warm oil, approximately 2 Tbsp.
- per fritter.
- Fry till golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Makes 12 fritters.
- Can be reheated in 375 degree oven 5-8 min.
