Large Savory Egg Custard with Tofu

  1. Break apart the tofu in a bowl (don't worry about draining the moisture).
  2. Slice the imitation crab sticks into 1 cm rounds.
  3. Use a whisk to stir the tofu until smooth.
  4. Add the ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Add the imitation crab.
  6. After mixing it together completely, pour it into a large heat-resistant bowl and use a spoon to level the surface.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 500 W for about 8-9 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, combine the ingredients.
  9. Remove from the microwave (it's hot, so be careful!)
  10. remove the plastic wrap, and pour the ingredients on top.
  11. Garnish with the sliced green onion and enjoy.
