undhio
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup besan
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach chopped or methi
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tsp baking soda
- mix with diluted laban and knead till firm
- shape by hands into elongated tubes
- steam vegetable till soft
- fry the muthiys in oil the remove and cook remaining veg in tomato puree
- add muthiya to the gravy and cook till soft
