Easy Extra-Creamy Creamed Corn
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- dash pepper
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook bacon in medium saucepan until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slopped spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Discard all but 1 Tbsp.
- drippings from saucepan.
- Add corn, water, onions and pepper to reserved drippings.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
- or until corn is crisp-tender.
- Stir in cream cheese and milk; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
- Top with bacon and Parmesan.
