Easy Extra-Creamy Creamed Corn

  1. Cook bacon in medium saucepan until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet with slopped spoon; drain on paper towels.
  3. Discard all but 1 Tbsp.
  4. drippings from saucepan.
  5. Add corn, water, onions and pepper to reserved drippings.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
  8. or until corn is crisp-tender.
  9. Stir in cream cheese and milk; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
  10. Top with bacon and Parmesan.
