Chargrilled Beef Summer Salad
- 1 rump steak, trimmed
- 2/3 cup KRAFT FREE* French Dressing
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced lengthways
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- enoki mushrooms
- mixed lettuce leaves
- Marinate steak in 1/3 cup dressing for 30 minutes.
- Preheat BBQ or chargrill pan, and cook steak for 4-5 minutes each side for medium rare, or until cooked to taste.
- Wrap in foil and set aside to keep warm.
- Slice across the grain into thin strips just before use.
- Grill or steam the vegetables until just tender, and combine with lettuce leaves and steak.
- Drizzle over the remaining dressing, and serve warm.
