Chargrilled Beef Summer Salad

  1. Marinate steak in 1/3 cup dressing for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat BBQ or chargrill pan, and cook steak for 4-5 minutes each side for medium rare, or until cooked to taste.
  3. Wrap in foil and set aside to keep warm.
  4. Slice across the grain into thin strips just before use.
  5. Grill or steam the vegetables until just tender, and combine with lettuce leaves and steak.
  6. Drizzle over the remaining dressing, and serve warm.
