Romaine Salad with Spicy Peanuts & Pomegranate Seeds

  1. Toss peanuts with sugar and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add peanut mixture; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until lightly toasted.
  5. Spread onto foil-covered baking sheet.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Combine lettuce, celery and jicama in large bowl.
  8. Add dressing; mix lightly.
  9. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and seasoned peanuts.
