Fried Crispy Mashed Potatoes with Onion

  1. Peel the potato skin and microwave to soften.
  2. To shape well, adjust the amount of katakuriko depending on the size of the potatoes.
  3. Transfer this on a plastic wrap and cut into desired sizes.
  4. Pour the oil about 3cm deep in the frying pan and heat to 180C.
  5. Deep fry carefully.
  6. It's easier to flip them if you use a spatula.
  7. This picture is square version.
