Fried Crispy Mashed Potatoes with Onion
- 3 Potatoes (large)
- 1/2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 5 grams Soup stock granules
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Frying oil
- Peel the potato skin and microwave to soften.
- To shape well, adjust the amount of katakuriko depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Transfer this on a plastic wrap and cut into desired sizes.
- Pour the oil about 3cm deep in the frying pan and heat to 180C.
- Deep fry carefully.
- It's easier to flip them if you use a spatula.
