Jicama Salad
- 1 jicama, peeled and sliced
- 3 mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups sliced kiwi or 2 cups strawberries
- 2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- On a large platter, layer slices of jicama flat, side by side and alternate with slices of fruit.
- Sprinkle with salt, chili powder and lime juice.
- Chill 20 minutes or eat right away.
